Returns Policy

 We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders! You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping or taxes.

***Customer is responsible for return shipping, V-Shape does NOT provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you can keep tracking number for your records and know when the return has been delivered to us.

Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the return.

Store credit is only valid for 1 year. All merchandise MUST be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition + original tags. Returns will not be approved if tags were removed. MUST include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.

FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for a Return.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

All undergarment styles such as fajas, butt lifts and shapewear are FINAL SALE items as hygiene purposes.

Once the return is delivered to us, it takes 3-5 business days for our Team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. Please check your emails including spam and promotions folder for this email for a coupon code.

COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, visit our Returns CenterOnce you enter your order number and email/ zip code or phone number you will be directed to your Order. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return. Once you complete the Returns process, please include your Invoice/Packing Slip + Eligible Items in the Return Package and obtain tracking for your records to send to the following PO Box address:

*** Please DO NOT send any returns without first processing your return by visiting our Returns Center to initiate your return as this may cause us to void the return.

All returns MUST be approved prior to shipping your return, you will receive return instructions once you have completed the Return process.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card with a coupon code within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be approved, sorted, inspected, and processed prior to issuing your store credit. 

Please check your emails including spam and promotions folder for your store credit to obtain your unique coupon code.

HOW DO I INITIATE A SIZE EXCHANGE?

Due to the amount of orders processed we do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size please return your item and place a new order with your return’s store credit. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR  DEFECTIVE? 

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away! Please do not try to fix the item (this will void the return) Please email infovshapeus@gmail.com with a picture of the product and packing slip/ invoice that was included with your order and we will assist you as soon as possible.

WHAT IF THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?


We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please email infovshapeus@gmail.com with details of what item is missing, order # and picture of the packing slip with any other details we may need so we can assist as soon as possible.
