Refund policy
We offer FREE returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit is only valid for 1 year. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition + original tags. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Additional items not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Include your Invoice + Eligible Items in the Return Package and obtain tracking for your records. Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for our Team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. We ONLY process Exchanges for Domestic Orders.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center. Once you enter your order number and email/ zip code or phone number you will be directed your Order. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return. Once you complete the Returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid USPS Return Label will be emailed directly to you! Print the label out and send your package back!
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be approved, sorted, inspected, and processed prior to issuing your store credit.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Enter your order number and email/ zip code or phone number in our Returns Center. Once you enter your order information, you will be guided to your Order. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Exchange.
Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away! In our Returns Center you may upload an image for approval and help us investigate further.
